Our lawful bases for the collection and use of your data

Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information for legal requirements are:

  • Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability.

How long we keep information

Information provided by a constituent will be kept for the period of office of Gareth Snell MP – a constituent can request deletion of all casework or campaign emails sent to the office by emailing gareth.snell.mp@parliament.uk with such a request.
 
If a constituent moves out of the constituency, they can inform the office by email, and any details or data can be either deleted, or passed to the Member of Parliament representing their new address.
